Randstad Professionals is recruiting a Scrum Master (m/f) for direct integration, in a software company, located in Braga.

Currently, the company is working Full Remote. After covid, they will have some remote work days each week.

descrição da função/job description
- Training teams and other key roles in Agile and Scrum.
- Plan and execute the Agile implementation strategy across the teams, promoting Agile way of thinking across the company.
- Guiding the teams on continuous improvement.
- Protecting the teams from external noise and help establish proper communication channels.
- Coaching and supporting teams with Scrum implementation.
- Facilitating meetings, discussions, decisions, and conflict resolution.
- Open to feedback and nurture that attitude to individuals and teams.
- Motivation and morale of people in the teams.
- Assisting in developing self-organized Scrum teams that are aligned with each other, as well as with the company's business goals.
- Collect evidence and metrics to help with guiding the team’s understanding of their agile practice and propose actions for continual improvement.
- Working on visualization strategies.
- Coaching Product Owners on effective Product Backlog management, release and delivery.

requisitos/requirements
- More than 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- More than 5 years of experience in the software development area.
- Certified Scrum Master is valued.
- Good knowledge of Agile principles and values.
- Passion for helping people and teams grow.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to contact with different teams.
- Team player, communicative and autonomous.
- Contact with Scrum Masters in other locations.
- Help others overcome problems.
- Good English communication skills.
