Randstad Professionals is recruiting a Scrum Master (m/f) for direct integration in a company located in Porto.

Responsibilities:
- Understand the objectives and timing of the various stages necessary for software developments.
- Facilitate Daily Scrum Meetings, Planning and Review meetings. Conduct sprint retrospectives and follow up.
- Remove impediments and protect the team from distractions to maximize productivity.
- Encourage and implement process improvements.
- Work closely with Product Owners.
- Maintain centralized documentation, created or used in the developments made.
- Help to improve team's dynamics and maintain the vision.
- Team-building activities.

requisitos/requirements
Requirements:
- University degree in IT or similar.
- More than 3 years of professional experience (mandatory requirement).
- Previous experience in similar functions.
- Knowledge of full software development lifecycle.
- Certifications will be valued (Agile, Scrum Master, Project Management - PMI, Scrum Product Owner or similar).
- Good knowledge of English (intermediate level - mandatory requirement).
- Problem-solving skills, communication and responsibility.
