We are looking for a Scrum Master to integrate a remote project in Lisbon.

Profile:
- PSM1 certification;
- At least 2 years of experience in Agile/Scrum projects;
- Knowledge of JIRA;
- Knowledge in Azure DevOps (is a plus);
- SAFe certification or knowledge (ideally);
- Fluency in English;
- Availability to work in European time zone and be available full time.

Main Responsabilities:
- Lead Scrum meetings and ceremonies;
- Remove impediments that may affect the progress of the team's work;
- Promote collaboration and communication;
- Promotes the continuous improvement mentality within the team.
