We are looking for a Scrum Master to integrate a hybrid project in Lisbon.

Profile:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Agile Delivery Lead;
- Solid knowledge in Agile principles e Agile frameworks (Scrum, XP, Kanban);
- Hands-on with Agile practices related to Software Engineering (Automated Testing Techniques, CI/CD, TDD);
- Good knowledge in Jira/Confluence;
- Great communication and analysis skills;
- Fluency in English.

Nice to have:
- Experience in development.

Main Responsabilities:
- Support the Product Owner in managing and optimizing the product backlog;
- Proactively identify and resolve technical, organizational or people-related impediments;
- Act as an internal coach for the team, influencing them to become fully agile, self-organized and give their best.
