We are looking for Scrum Master to integrate a project in Lisbon.

Profile:
- Ensures that Agile in general, and SCRUM in particular, is understood and enacted, and that the team adheres to agile practices, culture & values;
- Acts as a servant leader for the team, helps the team improve its performance,& achieve best quality, user alignment, value creation.Fosters team engagement;
- Facilitates the adoption&application of Agile in the ways of working of the Product Team,& the organization;
- Ensures people work together in an efficient way, using Scrum and/or other Agile Frameworks;Interacts with a variety of stakeholders inside & outside the team, from all levels, to ensure highest level of productivity of the team;
- Fluent in English.
