What is your mission:

We are looking for a Scrum Master to join one of our biggest clients, with 40 years of history, is a full spectrum technology provider for mobility solutions.

As a Scrum Master you will be responsible for coordinate and coach a software development team in Lisbon area.

The talent we are looking for:

• Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field;
• Experience in a scrum master role;
• Familiarity with software development;
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement);
• Scrum master certification is a plus;
• Excellent communication and servant leadership skills;
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, English is mandatory.
