What is your mission:

You will integrate one of Neotalent’s international projects taking on the role of Scrum Master in our offices in Lisbon or Porto (hybrid).

 
The talent that we are looking for:

• Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Scrum Master;
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Management or similar;
• PSM or CSM certifications are valued;
• Good knowledge of scale frameworks such as SAFe, Less, or Nexus;
• Fluency/Good communications skills in English;
• Experience with Project Management tools (Jira, Confluence or others).
