Description

You core responsibility will be continuous coaching of the team, stakeholders and leadership on Scrum and AGILE principles. Improve value delivery by removing roadblocks and impediments that prevent progress and work closely with and coach the Product Owner to refine and priorities the backlog.

• Using agile methodology values, principles and practices to plan, manage and deliver solutions
• Training, mentoring and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles and practices
• Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks and action items
• Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, decision-making processes
• Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements
• Planning and organizing demos and product testing
• Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing blockers for the scrum team
• Tracking project processes, deliverables and financials
• Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders
• Support the product owner and provide education where needed

Profile

• Certified Scrum Master
• 2+ Years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role
• Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management experience
• Excellent people and project management skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience with Scrum teams
• Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict
• Ability to work with and lead a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to changing environments
• Self-motivation and ability to stay focused
