Our client is looking to expand their team with a leader in their office in Porto.

Client Details

They are a fully funded startup in the Business and Consumer Services Industry with expected revenues of over €1M this year from the Porto Area. They are currently internalising their development team, looking to hire a Scrum Master to lead their team of developers and help grow their business as they expand.

Description

• Create daily and monthly workflows to deliver quality products;
• Organize and facilitate all scrum meetings;
• Work with the team to develop roadmaps and manage backlog.;
• Communicate team plans, report impediments/risks/concerns to relevant stakeholders and help resolve;
• Monitor key metrics and assure commitment from the team;
• Work with product owners and stakeholders to refine vision and establish goals and metrics;
• Participate in software development activities, application architecture definition and team hiring processes.

Profile

• Knowledge of scrum and agile development processes;
• At least 2 years of experience with the Microsoft Stack (p.e., C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, Xamarin, Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps);
• BA or equivalent;
• Scrum master experience/certification or will to pursue;
• Agile experience.
