We’re looking for a Scrum Master with strong communication skills and a sense of responsibility and teamwork. 

Main Roles:

• Support the Product Owner for effective product backlog management, understand product planning in a given environment, ensure the PO arranges his/her backlog in a way that maximizes the delivery of value
• Identify and proactively remove impediments, be they technical, organizational or people related
• Act as an internal coach to the team, leading them to become fully agile, self-organized and to be at their best

• Great team spirit, independency, pleasant attitude, great openness, and curiosity to learn

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Agile Delivery Lead
• Scrum Master certified
• Agile principles and Agile frameworks (good understanding of Scrum, XP, Kanban)
• Agile Estimating and Planning
• Scrum ceremonies and artifacts
• Agile Practices related to Software Engineering such as:
  • Automated Testing techniques
  • Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment
  • Test Driven Development

Tools:

• Experience with Jira/Confluence
