Innotech is currently recruiting a Scrum Master to the telecommunications industry with the following profile:

Must Have:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar;
• At least 1 year of experience as a Scrum Master;
• Scrum Master certification (i.e., CSM ou PSM);
• Profound knowledge of agile principles and methods.

Nice to Have:

• Understanding of Agile methodologies and practices (especially Scrum, Kanban, eXtreme Programming);
• Full Understanding of how to work in project or product mode;
• Good understanding of development and continuous integration practices;
• Good understanding of team leadership techniques;
• Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies.
