Your new role

You'll be responsible for helping the team grow stronger and more efficient, and secure that the Scrum process is honored. You'll facilitate the team needs, identify and solve impediments, and lead further team building. 

What you'll need to succeed 

You need to have a Degree in Informatics, or similar, and a big understand of Scrum & Agile principles. You need an experience as a Scrum Master, and a strong enough character to fulfill your responsibility as process leader in team.
Fluency in English is mandatory
