Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

•The Scrum Master will take care of the Pricing project, which is the most visible project at the moment and will require about 60% of the time;
•The other 40% of the time will be dedicated to supporting 3 other projects that will have other Scrum Masters responsible in the future, but at this point the person will start and/or organize these smaller projects and then handover them to someone else;
•The Scrum Master must also be able to teach a Project Manager how to be a Scrum Master.

Main Technical Requirements:

•Between 2 to 5 years of proven working experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or other relevant role in the information technology sector;
•Certified Scrum Master (e.g. PSM 1 / PSM 2);
•Expertise in Jira and Miro board;
•Excellent communication, presentation, and customer management skills with advanced problem-solving skills.

Other Requirements:

•EU citizenship;
•Ability to simplify complex problems and obtain a workable solution;
•Experience in functional development;
•Good proficiency in English.
