Main Technical Requirements:

•Between 2 to 5 years of proven working experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach orother relevant role in the information technology sector•Certified Scrum Master (e.g. PSM 1 / PSM 2)•SAFe knowledge is a plus•Excellent communication, presentation, and customer management skills with advancedproblem-solving skills•Cyber Security knowledge (what is Cyber, how does it translate to the OT infrastructure)

Other Requirements:

•Fluent in English;
•Ability to simplify complex problems and obtain a workable solution;
•Customer focus and service delivery;
•EU citizenship
