Mission

We are looking to hire a steam of SCRUM Masters that can help us to transform the client's delivery model from Waterfall to an Agile environment. Our client is one of the biggest players in the Energy sector in Portugal and it is currently focused in leveraging their businesss through Digital Transformation, so you will have to be someone with consolidated experience in SCRUM frameworks such as SAFe and LeSS and who has already gone through a similar process in a previous experience.

Profile

• Academic background in IT engineering or similar.
• At least 2 years of experience as a SCRUM Master and a previous background ideally as an engineer.
• Previous experience using SCRUM framworks, such as SAFe and LeSS.
• SCRUM Master certification (mandatory).
• Communications’ expert: prepare to deal with all kind of personalities and work cultures in super fluent written and spoken English (Shakespeare level).
