JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a professional to join the team of a cliente .

Responsibilities

- Leading and coaching Agile principles and practices, thus enabling people, teams and organizational growth;

- Inspire and foster an enthusiasm for continual improvement, collaboration, and creative problem solving;

- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur;

- Create an environment of collective awareness;

- Contribute to the optimization of processes within the company;

- Gain alignment on information strategy and architecture direction;

- Consistently demonstrate, promote and defend agile values;

- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests;

Requirements

- Experience as a Scrum Master;

- Passionate about agile values, people and technology;

- Detail-oriented and highly organized with solid problem-solving skills;

- Excellent knowledge of agile methods, e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Lean;

- Very good communication and listening skills, including good English skills (both written and spoken);

- Passion to shape high performing development teams;

- Understanding of software development processes;

- Experience with Jira and Confluence tools;

- Available for travelling.

Nice to have: 

- Experience in executing complex IT projects;

- Good knowledge in requirements and usability engineering;

- Broad experience with information systems (ideally in logistics)

- Formation: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or similar.

- Language: English at the B2 or higher level (of the European framework of reference for languages).

- Experience: minimum 2 a 5 years.
