We are looking for a Scrum Master for a project based in Lisbon.

Responsibilities:

• Motivate the Scrum team, management and stakeholders in having an Agile mindset;
• Help the team removing any impediments and protect them from external distractions/obstacles;
• Recognize anti-patterns and coach the team on how to avoid/mitigate them;
• Enable the team to drive their own Continuous Improvement and guide them in this process.

Required skills:

• Experience as a Scrum Master in an agile methodology;
• Experience in Agile Software Development frameworks like Jira;
• Project-oriented vision with strong commitment on due dates;
• Autonomous, organized and delivery-focused with attention to detail;
• Proactive taking own initiative to mitigate risk, and prevent issues arising;
• Team player;
• Ability to work well under pressure and tight timeframes;
• Good work ethic and high levels of motivation; 
• Very Good communication skills;
• Availability/Flexibility;
• Organization / Method / Rigour;
• Interest to learn the Business;
• Reactivity, autonomy and curiosity;
• Scrum Master Certification (is a plus).
