We are looking for a Scrum Master for a project based in Lisbon.

Profile: 
Scrum Master with some Business Analyst background.
 
Responsibilities:
The Scrum Master will:
- Motivate the Scrum team, management and stakeholders in having an Agile mindset.
- Help the team removing any impediments and protect them from external distractions/obstacles.
- Recognize anti-patterns and coach the team on how to avoid/mitigate them.
- Enable the team to drive their own Continuous Improvement and guide them in this process.
- Guide the team in conducting their own ceremonies, coaching them on how to improve and get more value out of each ceremony.
- Close ally of the Product Owner, helping them in having a well-managed Product Backlog.
- Encourage valuable and transparent discussions between the development team and the Product Owner to reach the Product Goal.
 
Required skills:

• Experience as a Scrum Master in an agile methodology.
• Knowledge of banking business, giving preference to funds and debt products.
• Experience in Agile Software Development frameworks like Jira.
• Project-oriented vision with strong commitment on due dates.
• Autonomous, organized and delivery-focused with attention to detail.
• Proactive taking own initiative to mitigate risk, and prevent issues arising.
• Team player.
• Ability to work well under pressure and tight timeframes.
• Good work ethic and high levels of motivation.
