We are now looking for a Scrum Master willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team.

Are you the one?:

• Organize and facilitates Scrum Events as per Scrum Guide and coordinated with other Scrum Masters Dependencies betwen Squad.

• Manage Risks / Issues and Dependencies.

• Remove impediments when teams identify the impediments.

• Responsible to assure that the teams fill their timesheets Weekly.

• Help Squads fill the 3T Monthly.

• Responsable to Create and Manage and validate Clarity (timesheets) Projects.

• Overview and Manage JIRA  Dashboards and Tickets.

• Ensure that the teams deliver on each Sprint; don't over spend.

• Coordinate with the PO what are the priorities of the teams; help PO to organize Backlog; help PO to Prepare Quarter Meetings.

• When Required technically help the team.

• Ensure that all the Compliance documentation is done; all the Test Reports are done and executed; the ATOME Guidelines are followed; all the Client Comm documentation is done; a transparent communication environment in the Squads.
