We are now looking for a Scrum Master that is willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team. 

• Experience as a Scrum Master or equivalent role;
• Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, TDD, BDD, Continuous Testing and others;
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills;
• Previous experience in IT delivery projects;
• Previous experience as part of a development team;
• Knowledge in Banking area;
• Fluent English;
• At least 5 years of experience in similar roles and technologies.
