About the job

We are looking for a Scrum Master to manage teams using Scrum methodology.

Our ideal candidate for this role should have experience in roles of Scrum Master and leadership skills.

We will rely on you to

• Implement the scrum/agile methodology in the team and ensure that everyone understands it;
• Facilitate daily standups;
• Interaction/spring planning meeting;
• Meet individually with team members and stakeholders;
• Analysis and reporting.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in the IT area or equivalent;
• >1 year of experience as a Scrum Master;
• Good leadership and conflict management skills;
• Solid knowledge of agile practices: writing user stories, planning poker, pair programming;
• Scrum certification (plus);
• Fluency in English.
