Portuguese leader in its’ lane of business, our client is an eletronics retailer company who is looking for a Scrum Master / Agile Coach (m/f) that will be responsible for managing the scrum process with the coordination of a team in Agile methodology.

We need your expertise in…

At least 1year Scrum Master experience. Good skills to coach team how to follow agile, which really works. Understand the basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development. Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules and practices. Knowledge about tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity and user stories. Knowledge of other Agile approaches, like: Kanban, Crystal, FDD, XP, etc. Serve as a Coach and Mentor within the organization. Ideally experience with multiple teams.
