You must have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other related discipline;
• Experience as a Scrum Master;
• Passionate about agile values, people and technology;
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with solid problem-solving skills;
• Excellent knowledge of agile methods, e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Lean;
• Passion to shape high performing development teams;
• Understanding of software development processes;
• Experience with Jira and Confluence tools;
• Available for travelling;
• Very good communication and listening skills, including good English skills (both written and spoken).
