Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

•Analyze, optimize, and integrate applications and services: SCCM new feature (i.e. 3rd Party App patching through Ivanti);
•Auditing and reporting of hardware/software inventory;
•Recommending and implementing policies and standards and ensuring adherence to security procedures;
•GPO management (creation/update/support);
•Security enhancements (MTSB, Audit, GPDR,..);
•Provide mentoring and coaching to team members;
•Responsible for writing and maintaining procedural and design documentation;
•Provides technical leadership to project teams;
•Provide expertise for numerous core Microsoft systems & enterprise infrastructure technologies;
•L3 support with in-depth knowledge of SCCM and Intune troubleshooting;
•Leads research and develop new technology, tools and scripts to support desktop computing and the end user desktop experience.

Main Technical Requirements:

•Expert knowledge of Microsoft SCCM and Intune;
•Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology related field, or documented equivalent experience;
•Experience as a Server Systems Administrator, providing Windows Desktop application deployment solution and support in a large environment, 200+ servers and 100.000 managed devices using SCCM;
•Extensive knowledge and/or prior experience with standard software package and patch deployment methodologies: Ivanti, Adaptiva, 1E, under standard change control processes within large size corporations;
•Thorough understanding of Active Directory;
including replication, GPO and DNS;
•Extensive knowledge of Windows operating system patching, enterprise class desktop hardware and software such as Windows 10, Mobile Device OS and antivirus;
•Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking for LAN and WAN;
•Extensive hands-on experience automating processes through scripting using VBScript and or PowerShell.

•EU citizenship;
•Ability to communicate ideas & solutions to audiences of all levels and nationalities, adapting style accordingly;
•Prior experience providing training and mentoring to a team of IT and business professionals;
•Good English level;
•Good communication skills.
