Responsibilities:

• Planning, Design, Implement MECM (SCCM) architecture, either in standalone mode or in coexistence with Intune.

• Identification of Endpoint Management improvement opportunities while working with customers

• Create, maintain documentations up to date following documentation guidelines policy

• Create Maintain Best Practices documents for Security Services and maintain Knowledge base

Need to have:

• Good working knowledge/understanding on Windows Firewall, location awareness, Group Policies and Windows Client Security Features such as Bitlocker and WHFB
• Resilient team worker
• Costumer focused
• Good Communication Skills (English & Portuguese Fluent)
