• experience in providing support for scheduled and ad-hoc processes, including troubleshooting and problem resolution 
• ability to work with database platforms
• ability to work with SAS tools such as Guide, DIS, Base, Miner and VA
• ability to gather requirements for process improvements 
• ability to identify, code and test changes to address reported issues and requested enhancements 
• ability to write simple, clean, high-quality code 
• ability to communicate in English
