Randstad Professionals is looking for a SAP Support Specialist "FICO" (M/F).

Randstad Professional is recruiting for a client that acts in automotive industry sector and wants to reinforce its structure with a SAP Support Specialist "FICO" (M/F).

This role includes the following tasks:
Performs FCS 1st level end-user support;
Actively contributes to improve the quality and efficiency of the SAP support chain;
Contributes to continuous improvement and promotes better usage of FCS standards;
Contributes in improving the FCS Support Chain collaboration actively with FCS L2 and L3 Support teams;
Identify lack of knowledge areas and inform users about FCS training catalogs and documentation.

requisitos/requirements
The main requirements are the following:
University degree in IT;
Knowledge in ERP basic functions of sales, finance and controlling;
1+ years overall experience in SAP;
Basic business knowledge in automotive industry processes like EDI and customer flows;
Team-oriented, collaborative environment;
Problem solving skills, with the ability to describe and document clearly the issue;
Strong customer focus;
Proficiency in English language: oral and written;
Ability to communicate and work in an international and in a multicultural environment.
