STEFANINI is hiring SAP SuccessFactors consultants to join one of its main clients in Lisbon, within the retail business sector.

Role Responsibilities:
•    Capture business requirements, design, build and configure applications to meet business processes. Create and maintain configuration workbooks.
•    Ability to define systems requirements, design, and prototype business processes, test complex functionality and train others and work in a team environment
•    Ability to implement practical business solutions under strict deadlines.
•    Ability and desire to work with people as part of a high-performance team.
•    Perform and guide testing and Issue resolution during all cycles of testing and UAT.

Role requirements:
•    We're looking for someone with previous experience (at least 3 years) with SAP SuccessFactors, including "Performance & Goals" module.
•    Experience with modules “Succession and Development” and “Recruiting” is nice to have.
•    Previous experience with end-to-end lifecycle implementation projects is expected: requirement analysis, module configurations, testing, user training.
