Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Implementation of new requirements from a technical point of view;
• Lead the customer meetings;
• Lead the work team (planning, task distribution, weekly status to the customer).

Main Technical Requirements:

•More than 3 years of experience with SAP SF Compensation ;
• Experience in leading workshops to collect functional requirements directly with the customer;
• Experience in planning the preparation of a COMP & VP cycle;
• Experience in implementation and COMP & VP technical knowledge;
• Experience in maintaining an end-to-end COMP & VP cycle.

Other Requirements:

•EU citizenship;
•Ability to work well under pressure and tight timeframes;
•Good work ethic and high levels of motivation;
•Fluent in written and spoken English.
