Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

•Conducts analyses w/ KeyUsers that lead to the delivery of the high level functional needs;
•Formalizes process design w/ the Business;
•Conducts necessary Design Thinking workshops;
•Collaborates w/the UI designer/developer/technical expert to design the mockup of the product or prototype;
•Organizes validation loops w/the Business & refines specs based on feedbacks;
•Drives necessary alignments w/developers in the building of the solution;
•Contributes to the quality of delivered solution through test design & execution;
•Raises defects & ensures resolution;
•Facilitates user adoption through organizational procedures & user guide;
•Organizes, prepares, runs/supports UAT, user training, roll-out & handover to Application Support;
•Analyses & reports risk in product development & project delivery.

Main Technical Requirements:

•Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles;
•Experience in implementation projects as SAP consultant in QM/PM;
•Knowledge in SAP MII & s/4 Hana is a plus.

Other Requirements:

•EU citizenship;
•Attention to detail, rigor and discipline;
•Ability to simplify complex problems and obtain a workable solution;
•Customer focus and service delivery;
•High proficiency in English Verbal and Written communication.
