Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

•Work in an international product management team for our internal software product covering the ERP system landscape;
•Make sure that all vendors get purchase orders and that they are paid in time;
•Take care that internal cost charging towards the internal product is correct and in time;
•Perform the quarterly internal charging of product costs and answer questions of international colleagues regarding costs;
•Do plausibility checks of cost metrics and help keep external costs low;
•Support license and vendor contract management;
•Provide regular reports and overviews on the internal product;
•Support yearly budget panning by maintaining our forecast model;
•Drive improvements of the internal product and its usability.

Main Technical Requirements:

•Willingness to understand the managed software in detail in order to identify possible improvements;
•Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done;
•Good skills in MS Office software;
•Good written and verbal communication skills in English, initiative and assertiveness;
•Background knowledge with understanding in software licenses preferred;
•MS/BS degree in account, controlling or equivalent preferred.

Other Requirements:

•Fluent in English (mandatory), German skills are a plus;
•Dynamism and willingness to work as a team;
•EU citizenship
