Reporting directly to the Functional Leader for Industry Applications, the Industry Functional Analyst will have the mission of implementing processes and solutions to support the development of the Industrial Business.

Description

• Manage the requirements of the companies related with industrial processes and analysis the impact of changes across the IT system (always with the objective of providing the best solutions);
• Plan and run blueprint workshops/meetings with internal and external clients;
• Technical design of industrial solutions (design of processes, applications solution, integration with the different systems across the remaining landscape, information flows, etc);
• Assist the Software Development team in the software releases and testing phase for all new implementations and projects releases;
• Execute and maintain test plans, scenarios and scripts for software releases;
• Provide Solution Documentation for the business processes and the information systems;
• Provide End Users training and support;
• Perform daily analysis of the applications to ensure total availability of "production" systems for the users and anticipate potential problem that can affect the business;
• Provide support across all Industrial business processes;
• Ensure customer incidents are tracked and solved in a timely manner;
• Support software roll outs (new implementations and releases)

Profile

• Master or College Degree in Engineering/Management Information Systems/Management;
• At least 5 years' experience in industrial environments with planning and control
  responsibilities;
• Minimum of 3 full life cycle SAP implementation projects (development, quality assurance and support) in industrial business. Leading projects and teams are a plus;
• SAP PP applications processes and scope - deep knowledge of customizing;
• Knowledge of SAP PM and QM is plus, and cost accounting also;
• Knowledge on SAP PP interfaces with Manufacturing Execution Systems;
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office tools - Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access;
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail;
• Capable of prioritizing and with good organization skills;
• Proactive and problem solving;
• Team worker;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Effective verbal and written skills in English;
• Availability to travel.
