Description

• Actively contribute and participate in the operational activities to improve changes, considering business objectives and delivered insights
• Align designs with the company's architectural principles, policies and guidelines.
• Supports the development and improvement of the fit for purpose Domain and Solution Architecture.
• Translate the department's priorities and projects/solutions portfolio to actionable items and determine designs based on requirements (functional, technical, budget, timing, etc), in full alignment with all stakeholders
• Monitor, guard and analyze the functional and technical aspects of the solution in scope in line with the agreed performance indicators and defined ways of working.
• Support the identification of business needs, translating them into input for functional design and new or revised functionalities to relevant stakeholders and verifies the impact and the execution of the changes for the business.
• Customise, prepare and test applications for end-to-end usage, as well as ensure the availability for the business.
• Ensure and maintain system and user documentation.
• Maintain and build relationships with internal customers and relevant external parties
• Proactively assess and propose innovative technological solutions for supporting the business processes of the multiple areas of the company, enabling process efficiency and optimization.
• Regarding security aspects, works closely with Cyber Security in monitoring and analyzing the solution.
• Signal and judge appropriateness of new digital developments, trends or applications.

Profile

• Degree in Technology or other relevant field required, Master's preferable;
• At least 4 years of relevant working experience, preferably in large and complex organizations and/or IT industry and/or multinational organizations;
• Relevant experience with specific knowledge in designated solution (SAP PP/PM/WM) and (preferably) in the designated functional area;
• Affinity with the technological medium, trends and tools (within respective solution and functional area);
• Good language skills in English (minimum B2);
• Previous experience with working in projects, IT Solutions and/or Architectural principles;
• Experience in planning, building and running business solutions;
• The ability to empathise with business needs, to translate this into technology;
• Ability to work independently (autonomously), within a collaborative team environment;
• Good interpersonal and collaborative skills, empathy, adaptability and team spirit.
