Stefanini is hiring SAP P2P specialists to join one of our main clients operating from Lisbon.

This project is expected to last until August 2022.

This client is considering senior SAP consultants to manage, optimize and plan further improvements to a system including:

1) Material procurement:

• Vendor master managed in MDG and enriched in ECC;
• Source of supply: PIR, Contract, Source list;
• Purchase requisition created by MRP;
• Creation of Purchase Order;
• Release strategy and related workflow;
• Subcontracting;
• Vendor Consignment.

 2) Non production procurement

• Vendor master managed in MDG and enriched in ECC;
• Source of supply: PIR, Contract;
• Integration with Ariba (purchase order created by integration with Ariba);
• Creation of purchase order directly in ECC (no Ariba);
• Blanket Order and Service Order;
• Release strategy and related workflow;
• Service entry sheet.

3) Invoice verification

• Integration with Open text and VIM;
• Workflow of invoice approval and exceptions management;
• Coding for non purchase order invoice and approval workflows.
