Following the ERP SAP implementation in the group, our client is searching for a SAP MM/SD Specialist to support the users on ERP SAP S/4Hana. The main responsibility will be to use in-depth knowledge of SAP best practices, industry standards and systems expertise to determine the best options for strategic and long-term solutions.

Principais responsabilidades

• Support users on ERP SAP S/4Hana - MM and SD modules;
• Ability to provide end-user support, research and resolve problems, working with appropriate technical resources, if necessary;
• Serves as a primary SAP troubleshooting resource, escalating issues to the solutions team if necessary;
• Ensure that availability, performance, and capacity service levels are met and maintained;
• Acts as an internal consultant within the business, helping to facilitate the use of technology as a tool for process improvement;
• Creates end user documentation to support new system implementation, enhancements and
• incident management efforts;
• Coordinates the restoration of service activities for any major critical application incidents.

Perfil desejado

• Higher education in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or similar area;
• Minimum of 2 years of proven professional experience in similar positions;
• Solid technical and functional knowledge and skills in SAP S/4 Hana - MM and SD modules;
• Knowledge in other SAP modules will be considered;
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese. Spanish and French will be a plus;
• High level of autonomy and responsibility;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
