Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

•Manage & configure the following components: OpenText VIM, VIM, 6,7, 7.5 & VIM HANA 16.3;
OpenText: ICC & BCC & BusinessCentre;
•Manage OpenText area including project costs, timeline, resources, scope & quality towards the objectives & in accordance w/methodologies used;
•Define new fields in BCC;
•Creating exceptions & assigning new workflows Interact w/business users & perform studies, suggested solutions, prepare doc, develop test scenarios;
• Testing & training, issues management to cover the OT functionality.

Main Technical Requirements:

•Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles;
•SAP MM w/knowledge in Open Text VIM last applicable versions;
•Basware & s/4 hana knowledge is a plus;
•Know the business process from Finance & invoicing side.

Other Requirements:

•EU citizenship;
•Attention to detail, rigor and discipline;
•Ability to simplify complex problems and obtain a workable solution;
•Customer focus and service delivery;
•High proficiency in English Verbal and Written communication.
