Principais responsabilidades
Performs FCS 1st level end-user support.
Actively contributes to improve the quality and efficiency of the SAP support chain
Contributes to continuous improvement and promotes better usage of FCS standards
Contributes in improving the FCS Support Chain collaboration actively with FCS L2 and L3 Support teams
Identify lack of knowledge areas and inform users about FCS training catalogs and documentation
Perfil desejado
Knowledge in ERP basic functions of sales, finance and controlling.
1+ years overall experience in SAP
Good communication and expression skills in a international environment. Written and oral
Team-oriented, collaborative environment
Problem solving skills, with the ability to describe and document clearly the issue
