We are looking for a SAP IDM Consultant to integrate project in Lisbon.

Profile:
- Over 5 years of experience with SAP IDM (Identity Management) 8.0 and above;
- Experience in SAP IAS (SAP Identity Authentication Service);
- Programming language skills (JavaScript, SQL, HTML);
- Fluency in English.

Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

Main responsabilities:
- Support and resolve second-level incidents efficiently;
- Fulfillment of service requests with promptness and quality;
- Proactive monitoring and rapid response to events;
- Developing and implementing solutions for requested functionality;
- Testing, bug fixing and documentation of solutions;
- Technical guidance for improvements and implementation in projects.
