What is your mission:

You will integrate a team in a Neotalent partner project, taking on the role SAP HCM Consultant. You will work close together the Central SAP HCM team.

 

As part of your job, you will:

- Act as a core member of the distributed IT SAP HCM application team responsible for support  (50%) and enhancements projects (50%) in a complex and integrated IT landscape in HR

- Daily incident solving in HCM PA, PT, PY, OM (2nd level support)

- Daily incident solving in Success Factors Learning (2nd Level support) and Recruiting (2nd and 3rd Level)

- Be the main on-site IT counterpart for Portuguese Payroll

- Map requirements, processes and objectives, develop necessary product modifications to satisfy business requirements. Document AS-IS and TO-BE by identifying gaps, issues and work around solutions; supervise development activities when needed

- Support the global SAP ECC HR Roll-out, SuccessFactors Implementation, FIORI

 

The talent we are looking for:

- University Degree (Software Engineering or Computer Science preferably);

- Minimum of 2 years working in HCM area, preferably with experience implementing large-scale complex ERP initiatives on a global / enterprise level

- High level of commitment, responsibility, self motivation and organization

- Strong communication skills

- Demonstrated expertise in SAP HCM and hands-on configuration experience

- Demonstrated expertise in Time Management within an international setup, mainly focus on

Evaluation schema & Rules knowledge and Time Manager Workplace knowledge

- Availability to work with a remote team

- Strong interpersonal and good communication skills

- SAP S/4 HANA knowledge is a plus

- Success Factors knowledge are a plus

- Willingness to travel to Germany

- Professional English (candidate should be able to conduct the interview in English)
