Reporting to the IT Finance Applications Manager, the IT Finance Functional Analyst will be responsible for the support, availability, quality assurance and tax and legal compliance of the Finance/Accounting applications. His mission is to assure high quality services to the CFO, accounting and controlling departments, and ensure legal and tax requirements compliance.

Description

• Provide support of SAP FI/CO system across the business and ensure that the customers' incidents are tracked and solved in time;
• Follow the processes of auditing the IT software;
• Support new software roll-outs (implementations and releases);
• Ensure the availability of new features to run the business by keeping a straight communication with the Finance Department;
• Establish the scope, business/legal requirements and solutions for a variety of new initiatives;
• Follow, review and analyze the production of requirements documents for software changes and define functional/technical solutions;
• Test and implement new features and assure their quality with the software development team;
• Provide training to the users, as well as its manuals;
• Configure the system according to business requirements through the liaison with the Finance
• Department and setting the functional changes in order to answer the business needs;
• Develop new features and ensure the alignment with all IT teams.

Profile

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Management or other related areas;
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in SAP FI/CO projects (design, configuration, customizing, quality assurance and support);
• End-to-end project management experience, namely dealing with quality issues, testing applications, interacting with end-users, specifying solutions for large scale developments, translating business requirements into technical solutions, as well as designing and delivering training courses;
• Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP, SAP S/4HANA
• Knowledge of retail mass market business;
• English fluency, both spoken and written;
• Availability to travel abroad.
