Aubay Portugal is a multinational French company, in Portugal since 2007. We have offices in Lisbon and Oporto and we are a specialized consultant in Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems.  We have more than 130 active partners and we operate in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy and transports.

What are you going to do?

• Automation of data center related infrastructure SAP processes;
• Analyze, create and implement complex SAP solution designs according to customer needs while considering current security guidelines;
• Support in planning, designing and customizing business processes in the IT environment is also part of your job;
• Work very closely with the specialist distributors and central IT units to integrate the specific solutions into the corporate context;
• Define the project strategy, plan the project phases and implement the projects according to technical and economic aspects;
• The role includes autonomous architecture Development of global IT services and interaction with other IT projects;
• Analysis of the needs of various Siemens business units to further develop existing services and increase quality;
• Implementation of the Siemens project management methodology considering parallel regional and global projects;
• Service development and monitoring after consultation with the service manager;
• Implementation and development of necessary ITIL processes e.g. Incident management to manage the services.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology or related fields;
• At least 5 years of experience in infrastructure with focus on SAP related services (SAP HANA, SAP Fiori, ERP, CRM, BW);
• IT understanding and IT security background knowledge is required;
• Project experience in dealing with IT services and their migrations, optimizations and further developments;
• Work experience in a global distributed environment;
• Working knowledge and experience in Service Management and Lifecycle Management;
• Solid organizational skills including problem solving and customer care management;
• Excellent written and verbal communications and presentation skills, having a medium-high English Language Domain/Fluency (Speaking, Reading & Writing), additional language like German is a plus;
• Expert on ITIL/ PMP / Agile. Certifications are a plus;
• SAP HANA Technology Consultant expert.
