Description

You will be responsible for ongoing optimization, support and management of SAP integrations, focus on SuccessFactors- groupwide with multiple companies in various regions

Facilitate projects like, e.g. the integration of SuccessFactors to SAP HCM or payroll providers:

Investigating, analyzing and solving integration issues will also be part of your duties;

You will be giving Key user support - day to day ticket management and qualified problem reporting incl. root cause analysis and solution proposals based on best practices

Profile

You have previously gained experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Sheet and Time Off and ideally People Analytics, including implementation and configuration.

You have experience in the implementation of complex projects in a corporate environment and are proficient in agile project methods

You are proficient in the customer-specific visualization of complex HR data

Fluent in English, German skills are a plus but not a must
