Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

•Translate business processes and requirements into a functional design for the Delivery team to implement;
•Work closely with account executives to scope project proposals while making broad recommendations for design and technology selection for the delivery team;
•Serve as the chief point of contact during a project and will help translate business requirements to the Delivery Team and implementation details to project stakeholders;
•Manage the detailed design and technology decisions;
•Maintain team balance between business and technology over the course of a Salesforce project;
•Provide a deep technical proficiency in Salesforce while having a firm understanding of an organization’s business, processes, needs, and goals to guide the development and delivery phases of the project;
•Define architectural guidelines practices.

Main Technical Requirements:

•Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or a Non-Computer Science Bachelors Degree with equivalent training in successfully completed Boot Camps;
•Minimum of 6 years of experience in custom application development across the full software development lifecycle;
•Al least 5 years of experience working on Salesforce (Sales cloud & Service cloud) enterprise integrations;
•Solid experience with the Salesforce Lightning platform;
•Salesforce.com Certified Administrator and Salesforce.com Certified Developer Certifications;
•Salesforce.com Certified CPQ is a plus.

Other Requirements:

•EU citizenship;
•Ability to work well under pressure and tight timeframes;
•Good work ethic and high levels of motivation;
•Fluent in written and spoken English.
