Our client is an information technology services company that provide a broad range of IT solutions for Public Sector, Financial Services and Commercial / Industry, that include cloud and infrastructure services and management, digital transformation consulting, and application services.

Location: Lisboa, Hybrid

Due to their continued growth, they are now looking for a Salesforce Tech Lead (m/f).  This person will help to manage different projects within the Salesforce competency, acting as team leader and tech lead. You will have a lot of exposure to the client, helping collect requirements, designing and presenting solutions, and managing the development process.

We need your expertise in…

 - At least 4 years of experience with Salesforce development and good knowledge of Salesforce Architecture;

 - Solid Knowledge of Salesforce Platform, CRM 360, CRM Service & APEX for Customization developments;

 - Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Model;

- Requirements gathering and functional analysis, including designing solutions that can match the client's needs;

 - Comfortable in participating and managing  the pre-sales, planning, and implementation phase of the projects, preferably in an agile environment;

 - Team management experience;

 - Good level of English with great communication skills and solid client orientation.
