Description

The internal consultant will be responsible for the support, availability and quality of Customer applications - including POS, e-commerce, CRM, Customer Support, Customer Mobile APPs, Marketing Automation, Loyalty and Promotion applications. His mission is to act as a liaison between the IT department and the business management teams in order to optimize, develop and implement processes and assure the integration within the different solutions.

Description

  • Ensure support of Customer Application systems (POS, Promotions, Loyalty and CRM) in several dimensions of the customer interactions with the Companies brands
  • Prepare documentation of business processes and information systems, to ensure transparency, efficient maintenance and preserve the knowledge gathered during the project/solution implementation and keep it updated
  • End users training and support in the various tools and software
  • Assist the software development team in software releases and testing phase for all new implementations and projects releases
  • Configure systems according to business requirements and support the installation processes for all new stores.
  • Develop non-standard features to meet specific business requirements
  • Ensure the necessary alignment with the IT team

Profile

  • Master's Degree level in Computer Science
  • Proven experience in IT projects (development, quality assurance and support)
  • Clear understanding of UX/UI importance and proven experience in this area
  • Project management skills - create and manage project plans
  • Experience of finding and reporting quality issues
  • Experience of testing web applications in a cross browser/ Apps environment
  • Experience of specifying solutions for large scale developments
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Experience supporting Customer oriented systems (POS, CRM, Customer Apps)
  • Knowledge of POS applications processes and scope - including Loyalty and Promotions; CRM Applications - Salesforce; Integrated ERP system - SAP; Outsystems - application development projects
  • Knowledge about food retail Business is a plus
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Flexibility and proactivity
  • Good Interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Spanish is a plus)
  • Availability to travel abroad
