What is your mission:
You will integrate a team in a Neotalent partner project, taking on the role Salesforce Developer in Porto area.

Main responsibilities include:
•    Responsible for front-end and back-end architecture and functionality development, which includes translating development requirements to make recommendations and assist project staff in planning the Salesforce ecosystem using a combination of Salesforce configuration, data integration, and custom development approaches for the Salesforce.com platform to deliver the functionality required by the business
•    Validate functional and technical solutions designs with applicable architecture standards and guidelines in addition to its implementation feasibility
•    Work with all internal groups, including support, quality assurance, interfacing applications responsible and system admins to guarantee availability of the delivered solutions in Production and non-Production environments.
•    Provide 3rd level technical support
•    Guarantee up to date documentation of the delivered solutions.
•    Manage users, create and maintain custom objects and fields, handle data migration and maintain page layouts
•    Migrate data using different data tools such as Apex Data Loader, Excel Connector, Import Wizard, SFDC Data Export, Mass Delete etc.
•    Perform custom integration of Web Services
•    Write and troubleshoot Apex triggers, classes, and test classes
•    Create custom Visualforce pages 
•    Create and deploy Lightning Components

The talent that we are looking for:
• Degree in Information Systems or related;
• Hands-on experience in implementations for Salesforce Service Cloud 
• Experience with Salesforce workflows, UI design, customization, reporting, dashboards, and application rollouts
• Knowledge of Salesforce data model
• Salesforce certification preferred, but not required
• Ability to easily build relationships with the different players of the organization, at different levels, build bridges and easily connect with others;
• Good attention to detail, strong ability to assimilate, sort through and aggregate complex information quickly and effectively;
• Fact oriented, processes and technologies analytical mindset. 
• Good verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills in English.
