Job Description 

As a Salesforce Consultant, you will lead the effort on significant and often multiple business units in local and international projects. You will be a confident, articulate communicator who can develop and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

This opportunity would best suit proactive, adaptable individuals with skills and experience in using a wide range of project management and business analysis tools and techniques, who are keen to develop their careers in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Responsibilities

• Capture, document, facilitate and manage business need (including shaping and scoping ideas, aligning to business strategy and business goals, eliciting business requirements, and ensuring traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle)
• Accurately assess business architecture impact (including the impact of change on existing process, organization and technology, capturing and documenting new and updated business processes)
• Creating workflows, permission sets, validation rules and others Salesforce configurations that utilize the platform’s extensive functions
• Conduct meetings and prepare business process documentation
• Coordinate and follow-up end-to-end the delivery of the business requirements
• Work closely with different internal teams and other parties

Skills

• Knowledge on Waterfall and Agile approaches and be capable on applying both
• Strong stakeholder management
• Ability to translate the requirements into successful projects
• Knowledge of several Salesforce Clouds and products

Desirable

• We value any of the following certifications (or similar): PMP; CSM, PMI-ACP; PMI-BPA; CBAP; Salesforce certifications
• Available for travelling

Languages

• English fluent spoken and written ability
• Other multi-lingual skills are a plus.

• University degree level
