We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to integrate a project in Porto.

Responsibilities:

- Triage incidents;
- Resolve defects/bugs in the setup, configuration, etc. of Salesforce;
- Test, demo, and provide post-deployment support;
- Interact with different stakeholders;
- Work in an Agile context.

Profile:

- At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce and/or relevant certificates;
- Hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (Marketing Cloud is a plus);
- Experience in interacting with different stakeholders;
- Capable of working with an Agile mindset and with relevant tools (e.g., Jira);
- Excellent communication skills, proactive, resilience and easy-going;
- Fluent in English language (spoken and written).
