Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

•Managing all aspects of Salesforce to ensure successful delivery;
•Drive and perform requirements capturing and participate as needed in•testing, training and rollout activities;
•Communicating with project stakeholders, including client business and IT representatives, in order to manage expectations and keep them informed of project status;
•Collaborating with client and colleagues to shape the roadmap and define project scope, effort estimates along with assumptions;
•Assist with the adoption and promotion of the Salesforce platform.

Main Technical Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field of study•At least 3 years of professional experience performing business analyst role on the Force.com platform•Salesforce Adoption and Training experience;
•Salesforce.com Certified Administrator and Salesforce.com Certified Sales Cloud Certifications are valued;
•Experience in Agile development methodology/Scrum.

Other Requirements:

•EU citizenship;
•Ability to work well under pressure and tight timeframes;
•Good work ethic and high levels of motivation;
•Fluent in written and spoken English.
