Salesforce Administrator
Summary:
We’re hiring an experienced Salesforce Administrator to work remotely for an ad-tech company based in the UK. You will be managing the team’s CRM and work directly with Finance, Marketing and Sales to improve business processes.
You will be responsible for improving the usability of Salesforce internally, producing reports and dashboards for commercial insights and driving best practices. You will be reporting to the Finance Manager.
Compensation: 25k € - 35k €
Location: Remote (GMT time zone).
What You’ll Do:
Evaluate best practices and streamline existing processes.
Help Marketing and Sales teams to improve their Salesforce usage.
Build dashboards and reports based on Salesforce data.
Own documentation of commercial processes.
Maintain data quality in CRM records (bulk updates, duplicate management).
What We’re Looking For:
Experience managing Salesforce accounts required (2+ years).
Great written and spoken English.
Attention to detail.
Numerical & logical reasoning – strong analytical skills.
